experience.

• The business will sell gourmet exotic pizza using unique ingredients

from Australia and around the world

• The menu will mix Italian style with unique Australian ingredients

including native herbs, kangaroo, crocodile, emu, snake and other

ingredients that become available

• The business is based on successful models of indigenous restaurants

in Sydney and Cairns and the Freddos Pie shop on the North Coast

that has become a regional tourist attraction

• It is the only business of its type anywhere in Australia

• The business' is ideally located between Sydney and Newcastle, just

of the freeway and on the lake

• Shop will also sell Indigenous Art, souvenirs, native herbs, jams and

sauces

Social Outcomes

career pathways to local youth

• Reinvigorates the area of denigrated shops by

attracting regional tourism

• Creates a family friendly environment at an

underutilised water front

• Promotes native and indigenous products and

traditional culture
