This has reference to our letter dated January 6, 2014 which has been received in your good office onJanuary 8, 2014 by a certain Beverly Zarate regarding our dedsion not to renew our lease contract thatwill expire on April 30, 2014.

Relative herewith, we wish to inform your good office that our decision is now final and we are nolonger interested to renew our lease contract. Thus, we will stop our operation starting May 1, 2014 andour clearing operation with immediately start right after.
