Kurent- it’s a mascot of carnival.They bring a spring in Slovenia with their bells.

MIKLAVŽEVANJE

ST.Nicholas-sv.Miklavž-we celebrate it on the sixth and seventh December.someone get dressed into a st.Nicholas and bring gifts to good kids.

Angels are walking with him. in times of our grandmothers the gifts was fruit, but now they bring us toys, candies and clothes.

Devils are walking with him too. the stories are saying that they took bad kids to hell. but today kids go making fun of them, devils are chasing them and beat them. The kids must pray if they don’t want to get hurt.
