Depending on your internet connection speed, on moving from one screen to another, data are loaded to and from

the server using your internet connection.

This can sometimes take a second or two and while the data are being

shunted up and down you will see a spinning progress wheel telling you that data transfers are taking place.

46. Automatically Answering Product Questions for a Schematic

• After answering questions for products that have issues, it would be a waste of the merchandiser's time to have to repetitively answer questions for each other product where they are all in the same condition.

• So say for example all the rest of the products in the selected schematic are all correctly stocked and are without issues.

• The merchandiser would answer one of the remaining products with a "model answer".

The merchandiser can be instructed to set the Next Visit Date or alternatively the dates can be imported as explained in "Creating your own import file".If the status of a Store is "Complete" and the Visit Date is changed then the store's status will be changed back to "Not Started".This also happens when next visit dates are imported in the Designer app.
