COMMUNITY MUSIC SCHOOL Wokshop at Webster

March 8 & 9, 2014 The Suzuki Workshop is an intensive two-day workshop for Suzuki violin and cello students in-volving small, medium, and large group classes, a guest recital, and a final group concert. In addi-tion, all students will have the opportunity to learn from others through scheduled observation time.

Advanced violinists in Book 7 and up have special opportunities including an optional violin lesson

with Angie Smart (for which an additional fee is charged). Violinists playing the Bach Double Con-

certo and beyond should learn Hungarian Dance No. 1 by Brahms (arranged by McLean) in Mi-

chael McLean’s book, Care to Tango? Volume Two.

WHO: Suzuki violin and cello students ages 4 and up may register for the Suzuki Work-

shop. Note: A parent must attend the workshop with his or her child/children.

WHEN: Saturday, March 8 and Sunday, March 9, 2014, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
