•I wish that "Inside the Score" or a similar informative session was offered at the beginning of a concert cycle so that we would have that knowledge as we rehearsed.• I believe volunteer singers should be given the opportunity to audition for solos with TWC.• I very much appreciate all the behind the scenes and preparation that goes into making TWC

possible.•It definitely took me a year or so to meet people and get more comfortable socially (although I already knew a couple members of the chorus) -- maybe we could do a little more to integrate new folks?• It seems to me that chorus members work hard but don't celebrate achievements nearly enough.•Would appreciate a convenient means to learn more about other choristers‘ musical talents and activities outside of TWC, and to share musical resources and performance information.• I think there should be happy hours pre/post rehearsal.•I think the chorus deserves an annual "business meeting" where we are informed of the financial position of the organization. Not all choristers are aware of the costs involved in producing a concert. Greater awareness might benefit ticket and fund raising efforts.•I LOVE singing in mixed formation. I vastly prefer it. It is more challenging, more interesting and empowering. •The chorus should provide professional development opportunities to the staff to ensure they continue to develop as leaders. Also, a third party should attend a rehearsal and observe to provide suggestions on how to improve in working with our group.
