We Land owner Propose to develop Residential Project ``Shree Anand Height’’ (Developed By Shree
developers) Residential Project of at RS. No. 05, O.P. No. 07, FP. No. 7/2, Draft TPS No. 113 (Vastral), Ta
–Vatva, Dist – Ahmedabad.
The total plot area is 6469 Sq. meter and our total built up area is 26930.65 Sq. meter including
Basement + Hollow Plinth, 1st
Floor to 7th
Floor. There will be 414 affordable Residential flats and 23
commercial shops in our Project. So, as per EIA Notification, we have to obtain Environmental Clearance
for our project.
At present we have purchased only the open land for proposed residential project. So, we are applying
for obtaining EC for our project with form 1, Form 1 A and related supporting documents.
We therefore request you to accord Environment Clearance to the project based on above documents.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN
1. INTRODUCTION:
Any vast project is associated with certain positive impacts as well as some negative impacts on
the Environment. However, the negative or adverse impacts can not possibly rule out
development. At the same time adverse impacts can not be neglected.
An environmental Management plan should be formulated for mitigation of the adverse impacts
and should be based on the present environmental conditions and environmental impact
appraisal. This plan helps in formulation, implementation and monitoring of the environmental
parameters.
The environmental Management plan describes in brief, the plan for keeping a constant check
on all the major poltroon sources, in the form of regular environment monitoring, proper and
adequate implementation of treatment and control systems for air, liquid and solid pollutants
and for maintaining the environment. It also includes development of green belt, noise control
and other mitigative measures.
2. ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT POLICY:
Although there shall not be any major environmental pollution from the proposed residential
buildings, measures are taken to make the building environmental friendly.
There will be no air pollution from the Proposed Residential building on regular basis, except for
the vehicular emissions.
Only, domestic effluent (Sewage) is generated from the residential building.
No Solid hazardous waste is generated from the proposed building. Only non hazardous
domestic / municipal waste is generated.
This solid waste is handover to municipal solid waste disposal facility developed by Ahmedabad
Municipal Corporation for ultimate disposal. There will be no continuous source of
noise pollution from the residential building. Landscaping and Green belt shall be provided
within the area.

3. OBJECTIVE OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN:
The main objective in formulating this environmental management plan is:
To treat all the pollutants viz. air, liquid and solid, which contribute to the degradation of the
environment, with appropriate technology.
To comply with all regulations stipulated by the central / State Pollution Control Boards related
to gaseous emissions, liquid effluent and solid / hazardous wastes discharges as per air, water
and environment pollution control laws/ rules.
To reduce fire and accidents hazardous.
4. ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT DURING CONSTRUCTION PHASE:
Construction phase usually results in temporary environmental pollution only. Such pollution
shall be mainly due to site preparation, civil works, transportation, storage & handling of
different kinds of materials, construction workers ‘sanitations etc. these are usually short term
impacts as compared to those during operational phase.

During operational phase, usually long term impacts are envisaged. The recommended
