INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
Produced CAD models of a CLASS 440
Combine Harvester. Using an
Ergonomic software called S.A.M.M.I.E,
the model was evaluated to see if the
model was suitable for human usage.
Test: Can two 95th%tile Dutch Males fit in
cab
Test : Can user reach RHS buttons?
Test: Does user have clear vision from cab
ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT MODELLING
1) Trebuchet Model : To design a model that calculates the required setting of the
trebuchet, so that the projectile can reach a given distance. 2) Aeroplane Model : To design a plane model to travel…
• With lowest velocity at a given thrust.
• 2500m horizontally at given altitude of 1500m.
• Using 10% of total fuel for descent and landing.
• Using 24% of total fuel for take-off.

CANTILEVER PROJECT
To design a cantilever that maximizes the Performance Index (PI) and
can carry a minimum of 200N and utilize a 100mm x 100mm
backboard.
Final cantilever experienced milling and heat treatment operations.
