SharzAll BLACK SUN Press Kit With their debut album, Black Sun, gothic shockers Sharzallabducted the listener into their gloomyworld. The first album,which will be released on June 16th, reflects the musicaldiversity of frontman Rony Rrage, which combines basicelements of Gothic Metal, Dark Rock, and Postpunk into anoverall concept. This mix of styles could be described as TheSisters Of mercy meets DEATHSTARS. Dark Synths, HeavyGuitars and impassionate guitar solos are only one side ofSharzall’smusicalexpression.ItallstartedinSeptember2014,whensingerandfrontmanRonyRage and bassplayer NYGA, decided to create music andcompletedtheline-upwithDrummerD,KeyboardistSHINYandGuitaristLIVITICUS.Theyknewwhat theywanted toandwhatthey don’t want is to accept any compromises. Not only theirimage, the band members look like a mixture of a ClockworkOrangeandKingDiamond,butalltheirmusic,isthereason,thatSharzall gainedpopularity in theirhometownandbeyondof it.The lyrics, written by ,Rony Rage, deal with death, but alsovariousexperiencesinlife.Afterestablishedtheirreputationatvariouseventsintheirhomecountry, they played their first concert in Austria’s capital cityViennaonMay27th2016.Austriamusicfansalreadytooknoticeof the group from Slovakia, that played for the first time a setconsistingofall theirsongs in frontofanenthusiasticaudienceatthisevening.OnApril27,2016,Sharzall,sharedstagewithBlazeBayleyandBrokenRain,attheTartarusinBanskaBystrica,duringasupportgig in Slovakia, and presented songs from their alreadycompleted debut album Black Sun to an enthusiastic audiencefor the first time. Finally, the first music video from Sharzall’supcomingdebutalbumBlackSun,WayToDie,wasreleasedonOctober25th2016.Evenwiththevisualconceptofthisclip,thedarkrockersprovedshockpotential.In February 2017 Sharzall played a concert together with thereunitedBandSunterra.Sunterra,whohavebeeninvolvedsincetheir comeback with the German independent label NRT-Records, submitted NRT-Records Sharzall's finished debutalbum.InAprilSharzallsignedwiththelabel.Onmaythe17th.2017,thesingle,aswellastheaccompanyingvideoofCrisisandthe EP Serenades from Perdition will be released. ThedebutalbumoftheGothicShockerswill followonjune16ththesameyear,openingachapterasdarkascanbe.Withtheirveryuniqueness in any way, Sharzall feels ready to conquer theWorldastheyalreadydidintheirhomeslowaka.
