Just like a flowing river, cash must flowthrough your business

Cash is the one resource you can use to BUY anything!

KEY#3.Management must include the money

Do you leave the money issues to your book keeper or other people while you manage the business?

If you try and hide from the money it will come and find you!

When your business is running short of money ALL your employees will come running towards you looking for an answer

A competent manager MUST know what’s happening and what to do with the money

What this means is that sometimes you need to manage remotely

And of course the greatest pain is when cash flow

isn’t flowing

If in doubt look for places where you can get things flowing in your business
