Invite people who have the right knowledge and perspective about the enterprise and its operations.

Starts by looking into the present situation of an organization or enterprise to identify attributes or factors in the internal and external environment.

Group them into positive and negative to identify which can be potentially helpful or harmful to the enterprise .
