2005 Geophysical and Geochemical Report on the Tchentlo Property (1) SUMMARY The Tchentlo property covers 6,446 hectares in generally flat terrain in north-central British Columbia, approximately 80km northwest of Fort St. James. Assess to the property is by helicopter, float plane or boat with the closest active logging road 3km to the southeast of the eastern end of the property. The property is located in the Quesnel Trough which hosts numerous alkalic porphyry copper-gold mines and deposits from southern to northern B.C., in dioritic and monzonitic plugs and stocks. The main one in the area of the property is the Mt. Milliagan deposit with the Lorraine deposit and Kemess mine further to the north. In 2005, Serengeti Resources carried out a program of line cutting, IP/magnetic surveys and limited geological mapping and rock sampling with a porphyry gold-copper deposit the target. This work outlined three chargeabilty anomalies, the largest one of which occurs in the western end of an area 3.5km by 2.5km of gold and copper soil anomalies. The ice flow direction is easterly suggesting that the area of this chargeability anomaly is the source of many of the soil anomalies. The other two chargeability anomalies are associated with similar anomalous soil copper-gold dispersion trains in soil and rocks. (2) INTRODUCTION The Tchentlo property was acquired in 2004 year to cover a large, poorly exposed porphyry copper-gold prospect in the Chuchi Lake area, previously worked on by Westmin Resources from 1989 to 1992. (3) LOCATION AND ACCESS The Tchentlo property is situated in the Omenica Mining Division just south of Chuchi Lake, approximately 80km northwest of Fort St. James(Plates 1 and 2). It is located on NTS map sheet 93N/02 at latitude 55 degrees 10 minutes North and longitude 124 degrees and 40 minutes West. Access to the property is by helicopter, by float plane or by boat. An active logging road exists 3km southeast of the eastern end of property. In the 1960’s a system of jeep roads was established to access the property from a camp on Tchentlo lake. The property is at an elevation of 900m to 1,500m and is covered by a blanket of glacial till over most of the property with only minor outcrop. Low swampy areas are common. The property is tree covered with fir, balsam, spruce and pine with the vegetation density varying from open pine flats to densely wooded patches with alder undergrowth.

(4) PROPERTY TITLE The Tchentlo property consists of 15 contiguous mineral claims(6,446 hectares, Plate 2)which are owned by Serengeti Resources Inc.: Claim name Record Number Hectares Record Date Tchentlo 1 514435 646 Nov.13, 2004 Tchentlo 2 514436 554 Nov.15, 2004 Tchentlo 3 514438 221 Nov.14, 2004 Tchentlo 4 514439 332 Nov.16, 2004 Tchentlo 5 514440 443 Nov.16, 2004 Tchentlo 6 501689 462 Jan. 12, 2005 Tchentlo 7 501840 462 Jan. 12, 2005 Tchentlo 8 501778 462 Jan. 12, 2005 501871 462 Jan. 12, 2005 Tchentlo 10 501950 462 Jan. 12, 2005 Tchentlo 11 506250 462 Jan. 12, 2005 Tchentlo 12 506251 443 Feb. 7, 2005 Tchentlo 13 506252 443 Feb. 7, 2005 Tchentlo 15 508093 222 Feb. 7, 2005 Tchentlo 16 522170 370 Nov.10, 2005 (5) PROPERTY EXPLORATION HISTORY 5.1 Previous Work In 1966 to 1972 West Coast Mining and Exploration did soil geochemical and geophysical surveys and outlined a number of soil anomalies of greater than 100ppm copper. The property lay dominant until 1989 when Westmin Resources picked up the property and from then to 1992 did geological mapping, soil and rock sampling and geophysics(airborne and ground magnetic surveys and two stages of IP surveys). This work is reported in assessment reports 19810, 21124, 22308 and 22674. Westmin’s work outlined an area 3.5km by 2.5km of anomalous copper and gold values in the soils and a number of chargeability anomalies associated with small outcrops of propylitized and K-feldspathized monzodiorite and monzonite with minor pyrite, chalcopyrite and malachite mineralization. 5.2 2005 Exploration Program The work consisted of 13.2km of line cutting and a 12.4km IP/magnetic survey. In addition, limited geological mapping was done and two rock samples were collected.

(6) REGIONAL GEOLOGY The Tchentlo property lies in the 1,300km long by 35km wide Quesnel Trough which hosts numerous alkalic porphyry copper-gold deposits from southern to northern B.C. In the area of the property the Mt. Milligan and Lorraine deposits are found 45km to the east and 110km to the northwest respectively. To the west, deformed and uplifted Permian Cache Creek Group rocks are separated from Quesnel Trough by the Pinchi fault. To the east, the Manson fault zone separates this belt from the uplifted Proterozoic/early Paleozoic Wolverine metamorphic complex and the Mississippian–Permian Slide Mountain and Cache Creek Groups. In the Chuchi Lake area the Talka Group sequence(Quesnel Trough)is dominated by alkalic to subalkalic dark green tuffs, andesitic to basaltic volcanic breccias and flows of similar composition. These volcanic rocks are intruded by syenite, monzonite, monzodiorite and diorite plug and stocks, which are associated with the porphyry copper-gold mineralization, and are coeval with the volcanic rocks. (7) PROPERTY GEOLOGY The Tchentlo property is mostly covered by glacial till(3m to greater than 30m)with Westmin reporting only 3% to 5% outcrop, mainly in the eastern and western parts of the property. This estimate is probably too high as the outcrops mapped in the vicinity of B/L 600S to 1000S are not outcrops but float boulders. Outcrops in the eastern part of the property consist of monzodiorite, porphyritic monzonite and andesite that are variously propylitized and K-feldspathized(Plate 3). Minor amounts of pyrite, chalcopyrite and malachite are present, mainly in the altered intrusive rocks. (8) GEOCHEMISTRY The analytical results for copper and gold in two rock samples taken are shown in Plate 3 with the full results in Appendix 1. Rock samples collected are grab samples. Of the two samples collected only sample OR-33 shows weakly anomalous copper and gold values(208ppm and 20ppb respectively). (9) CONCLUSIONS The Tchentlo property lies in part of the Quesnel Trough that hosts two significant porphyry copper-gold deposits at Lorraine and Mt. Milligan. Three chargeability anomalies were identified, most with a magnetic association, on the property.

INTRODUCTION. In the fall of 2005, Peter E. Walcott & Associates Limited undertook a magnetic and induced polarization (I.P.) survey over parts of the Tchentlo property, located some 80 kilometres north northwest of the settlement of Fort St. James, British Columbia, for Serengeti Resources Inc. The survey was carried out over seven randomly oriented lines established by linecutters contracted by Serengeti. Readings of the earth’s total magnetic field were recorded using a GSM 19 proton magnetometer on the magnetic survey, while measurements – first to fifth separation – of apparent chargeability – the I.P. response parameter – and resistivity were made on each of the line traverses using the pole – dipole technique with a 100 metre dipole. In addition the elevations and horizontal locations of the line stations were measured using a Brunton altimeter and an L1 survey grade GPS unit respectively. The I.P. data are presented as individual pseudo sections at a scale of 1:10,000 while the magnetic data is shown as profiles on these pseudo sections as well as on a plan map of the line locations at the same scale.

PURPOSE. The purpose of the survey was to see if any I.P. response that could be indicative of sulphide mineralization was associated with the airborne magnetic highs and copper-gold soil anomalies obtained on previous surveys.

SURVEY SPECIFICATIONS. Magnetic Survey. The magnetic survey was carried out using a GSM 19 proton precession magnetometer manufactured by GEM Instruments of Richmond Hill, Ontario. This instrument measures variations in the total intensity of the earth’s magnetic field to an accuracy of plus or minus one nanotesla. Corrections for daily variations in the earth’s field – the diurnal – were made by comparison with a similar instrument set up at a fixed location – the base – where recordings were made at 10 second intervals. The Induced Polarization Survey. The induced polarization (I.P.) survey was conducted using a pulse type system, the principal components of which were manufactured by Huntec Limited of Metropolitan Toronto, Canada and Iris Instruments of Orleans, France. The system consists basically of three units, a receiver (Iris), transmitter (Huntec) and a motor generator (Huntec). The transmitter, which provides a maximum of 7.5 kw d.c. to the ground, obtains its power from a 7.5 kw 400 c.p.s. three phase alternator driven by a Honda 20 h.p. gasoline engine. The cycling rate of the transmitter is 2 seconds “current-on” and 2 seconds “current-off” with the pulses reversing continuously in polarity. The data recorded in the field consists of careful measurements of the current (I) in amperes flowing through the current electrodes C1 and C2, the primary voltages (V) appearing between any two potential electrodes, P1 through P6, during the “current-on” part of the cycle, and the apparent chargeability, (Ma) presented as a direct readout in millivolts per volt using a 200 millisecond delay and a 1000 millisecond sample window by the receiver, a digital receiver controlled by a micro-processor – the sample window is actually the total of ten individual windows of 100 millisecond widths. The apparent resistivity (⌠a) in ohm metres is proportional to the ratio of the primary voltage and the measured current, the proportionality factor depending on the geometry

SURVEY SPECIFICATIONS cont’d of the array used. The chargeability and resistivity are called apparent as they are values which that portion of the earth sampled would have if it were homogeneous. As the earth sampled is usually inhomogenenous the calculated apparent chargeability and resistivity are functions of the actual chargeability and resistivity of the rocks. The survey was carried out using the “pole-dipole” method of surveying. In this method the current electrode, C1, and the potential electrodes, P1 through P6, are moved in unison along the survey lines at a spacing of “a” (the dipole) apart, while the second current electrode, C2, is kept constant at “infinity”. The distance, “na” between C1 and the nearest potential electrode generally controls the depth to be explored by the particular separation, “n”, traverse. On this survey a 100 metre dipole was employed and first to fifth separation readings were obtained. In all some 13.7 kilometres of I.P. and magnetic traversing were completed. Horizontal control. The horizontal position of the stations were recorded using an Allstar L-1 phase GPS receiver. These were post processed against base station data obtained from a private base station in Houston, B.C., operated by Terra Surveys, using Waypoint software. Orthometric heights were calculated using the HT97W geoid model of Natural Resources Canada and used for comparison with the elevation data but the occupation time was generally too short for proper elevation control. Data Presentation. The I.P. data are presented as individual pseudo section plots of apparent chargeability and resistivity at a scale of 1:10,000. Plots of the 15 point moving filter – illustrated on

SURVEY SPECIFICATIONS cont’d the pseudo section – for the above are also displayed in the top window to better show the location of the anomalous zones. The magnetic data are shown as profile plots on the above mentioned pseudo sections, and as profiles on a plot of the line locations overlain of the heliborne airborne magnetics at a scale of 1:10,000. The anomalous chargeability zones are also outlined on this map.

DISCUSSION OF RESULTS. The magnetic survey, after filtering to remove the high frequency noise, showed good correlation with the heliborne magnetic survey – 1991 multi sensor geophysical survey Mt. Milligan – as can be seen on the plan maps of the grid. Although the area surveyed is mostly overburden covered, this cover would appear to be relatively thin based on the high frequency ripple on the magnetic profiles. A strong chargeability zone is noted on Lines 1800S and 2050W coincident with the strong magnetic response. It should be noted here that the “D” showing as noted in the Minfiles is located just east of Line 2050W and between Lines 1800S and 1000S – a showing of copper – gold in the Hogem intrusive. A second well defined chargeability anomaly was observed on Line 600S partially coincident with lower magnetic response. Both of these anomalous zones are contained within a large Cu – Au soil and rock geochemistry anomaly. A third chargeability zone is discernible on the three northeasterly trending lines, most prominent on Line 9600E. On this latter line it is also coincident with a strong magnetic response, but is generally contained within the northwesterly trending magnetic feature.

SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS. Between October 5th and 13th, 2005, Peter E. Walcott & Associates Limited undertook a limited magnetic and induced polarization survey for Serengeti Resources Inc. The survey was carried out over seven randomly oriented lines on Serengeti’s Tchentlo property, located on the southern shores of Chuchi Lake, some 80 kilometres north northwest of the settlement of Fort St. James, British Columbia. The I.P. survey located the presence of three anomalous chargeability areas contained within a northwesterly trending area of higher magnetic intensity, and coincident for the most part with the strongest magnetic responses. Two of these chargeability zones are also located within a broader area of elevated copper-gold geochemical values. As a result the writer suggests that additional geochemistry and magnetic and I.P. surveys be undertaken to further delineate the zones prior to investigation of their causative sources by drilling. Respectfully submitted, PETER E. WALCOTT & ASSOCIATES LIMITED Peter E. Walcott, P.Eng. Geophysicist Vancouver, B.C. January 2006
