Lessons

To involve maximum of people .. And give means for doing that (ex : Wolof language)

• Do not forget that the objective is the implementation not the Plan itself (L Term)

• To get very early the political will (takes time)• To imply Donors during the planning phase • To be able to reply to the expectation from

population, which ”WE” have created • Awareness that it is Long term process
