� e O� ce of NYS Senator Phil Boyle (R-Bay Shore) is searching for a full-time employee to conceptualize and execute a communications plan in a competitive media market for a district with over 300,000 constituents.

Ideal applicants should be political science, marketing, journalism or communications graduates (undergraduate or graduate.)

Quali� cations: Applicants should have familiarity with social media and Internet marketing and have strong interpersonal and writing skills. An interest in government and politics is a de� nite plus!

Duties: To shape and deliver the Senator’s communications message. Issue areas of focus will include taxes, the economy, transportation, job growth, senior and veterans concerns and other matters under the State’s purview. Successful applicants will, with the assistance of sta� and interns, write press releases, social media and Internet posts and set up and execute press conferences.
