Using the phone’s GPS your insured can accept the current location for their report…
Or over-ride this if they are making the report from another location
Using their phone’s clock calendar, your insured can accept the current time and date for their accident…
Or over-ride this if they are making the report later.
Your insured types in basic identifying information
Your insured can add pictures to the report
They can either take pictures while in the claim app…
Or add them later from pictures stored on the phone
They can add comments to describe the accident
Using the phone’s keyboard…
Or using the phone’s text to speech editor as I am doing here
Text to speech works pretty well these days
The claims form is submitted in real time using email
The app tells your insured when the claim report has been successfully sent
