Skill Development

Any work that is created through a learning or training process that leads to improved skills, knowledge and ability to again do the same talks again, at a later stage

Digital Technology

Anything that uses a technological basis’s to produce something, such as a computer to produce Posters for advertising. Digital technology as evolve over time and continues to improve into the future.

Creativity

Creativity is a mental process that involves the production of previously non existent information, ideas and concepts or improvements to original ideas and concepts.

Research and Planning

Research is the systematic investigation to find out new materials, sources or facts in order to come to a final conclusion Planning is the organisation of the different processes or stages that need to be completed in order to complete a goalTherefore, research and planning is the organisation of systematic investigation to complete a final goal

Post Production

The final stage of the filmmaking process when making a recording, film or television programme, and involves everything that happens to the video and audio after production, such as editing, sound dubbing and adding special effects

Media Convention

Conventions are ‘rules’ that are understood and accepted by the media industry and are known for a particular genre. The observation of conventions can make a media product more ‘mainstream’

Real World Texts

Real world texts relates to creating a media production that has relation to the current affairs or previous works, by focusing on their similarities and differences and finding ways to improve them
