The market in terms of industrial and commercial has definitely picked up of
late. There is a lot more activity from a buying point of view. We deal with
many companies which are property funds and only buy commercial and
industrial sites – and we are seeing these companies now coming alive
again after a 12-18 month hiatus and starting to look at new acquisitions.
There is a very high – in fact huge - demand from upcountry for businesses
– they are buying like crazy down here. If a business has a good return and
