l  INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY The developers (or the “Shareholders”) of a

photovoltaic energy project (the “Project”) have expressed their intentions to proceed with the sale of up to 100% of the shares held in the project company (the “Special Project Vehicle”, “SPV” or the “Company”).

l  PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS The Project consist of building and operating a project 5

MWp located on a favourable site in the Southern part of Romania, with the following characteristics:

• Total nominal power output: 5 MW • PV 250W = 20.000 pieces • PT 2 x 630KVA= 4 pieces • perimeter lighting – 26 lighting pole LED 80W • video monitoring – 26 IP camera infrared • lightning discharger PREVECTRON

• Estimated production : 7000 MWh/year

l  LAND The solar PV park will be developed on 9,4412

hectares of land.

l  CONNECTION TO THE GRID The project are planned to connect via 20 kV

underground cable in medium tension line, situated 220m from the site.

l  ACCESS ROADS The access to the location is from E584 Scanteia –

Ialomita, using a 450 m internal road 213A.
