Control Functions STANDARD
Adaptive door Adaptive door timing minimizes journey timetiming lost at landings by varying the door open dwell
time according to the type of call registered.
Anti-nuisance If no passengers are detected in the car, theminimum load control function cancels all re-maining car calls after making one further call.
Automatic return When no car or landing calls are registered, thecar automatically returns to the main floor.
Car fan and light The car fan and light can automatically switchoff at a pre-set timing. Fan and light switchesare provided as options.
Distribution of Even distribution of free cars in order tofree car minimize response time for future calls.
Door pre-opening Initiates the door opening cycle just before thecar stops at the landing.
Emergency light In the event of power failure, an emergencyon COP lighting element on the car operating panel is
switched on.
Full load bypass Prevents a fully loaded car from stopping onhall calls.
Independent Allows one assigned car in a group to serveservice special preference calls. This service is typically
used when only one car is needed to serve aparticular floor.
Intercom system The communication between lift car andmachine room. Additional 3-way communi-cation is available as option, such as communi-cation with security counter.
Out of service Out of service display on hall indicator whenlift is down.
Overload control Protects against overloading in the car.
Parking Even distribution of free cars in order tominimize response time for future calls.
Control Functions OPTIONAL
Arrival gong A tone to inform passengers that their car ison car arriving at a landing to serve a hall call.
Attendant control Allows an operator in the car to controlmanually some of the car functions.
Building interface Interface to building management andsupervisory panel.
Door final time If automatic doors remain open due toobstruction longer than a pre-determined time,a warning signal will sound and the doors willclose at slower speed.
Earthquake In the event of an earthquake, a signal sentcontrol by the seismic detector will bring all cars to
stop at the next floor and open the doors.
Fireman and In the event of fire or power failure, cars areemergency power evacuated sequentially at the next orevacuation control pre-defined landing. Additional second fire
recall landing is available.
Lobby Vision A unique and comprehensive managementtool which allows single-point supervision ofmultiple active systems within a building.
Voice Voice messages in the car to announce theannouncement car position and direction.

Dimensions–Designed car sizes are based on 75 kg per person.–Shaft widths and depths are based on clear dimension with +/– 25 mm horizontal tolerances over thetotal travel height.–Clear car height: 2200 mm with 100P MRL false ceiling. Structural internal car height: 2350 mm.–For structural car height of 2500 mm, the overtravel will be increased by 150 mm and shaft depth will beincreased by 100 mm.–Above overtravel and pit depth dimensions are based on EN 81.–Additional pit depth of 25 mm will be added if non-standard 100P MRL flooring and 30mm recess are requested.–All information given is for general reference and planning. Heat Dissipation–Our equipment is designed to withstand a temperature range of 5 to 40 degrees Celsius.–To maintain a minimum room temperature for the service personnel, the shaft and machine room temperatureshould be kept within the range of 5 to 35 degrees Celsius.–The humidity in the shaft should not exceed 90% on monthly average and 95% on a daily average withoutcondensation.
