TITHES & OFFERINGS
Esther and Elizabeth. Ask that they will receive great endurance and patience from the Lord and find their strength in Him.
For the authorities to urgently complete all investigations into finding the missing persons including Amri Che Mat and Joshua Hilmy and Joshua’s wife, Ruth Sitepu.
Nation – Sarawak Gawai Dayak is an annual festival celebrated by the Dayak people in Sarawak, Malaysia and West Kalimantan, Indonesia on 31 May and 1 June. Let us specifically remember the Iban (Sea Dayak), Bidayuh (Land Dayak) and Orang Ulu (Kelabit, Kenyah, Lun Bawang, etc.). Pray: That Jesus will set these tribes
free from spiritual bondages – alcoholism, marital infidelity, immorality, anger and rage against their enemies, unforgiveness, and many sicknesses and diseases.
Ask the Lord to bring an awakening in them and that they will return to their first love for Jesus.
For the outpouring of God’s Spirit to be upon them, bringing fires of revival to sweep over the tribes. Ask the Lord to raise a new generation of godly leaders.
International – Peoples of Caucasus The beautiful mountain region between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea is home to some of the least-reached people groups. One of the biggest fears here is losing honour. The Caucasian dagger is always at hand to defend one’s own or the family’s honour, resulting in the high frequency of conflict and violence seen in Caucasian culture. Pray: Against this cultural belief that
leads to shame, violence and suffering.
For Caucasians to be “perfected in love” which casts out fear
(1 John 4:18). For opportunities for the
Caucasian community to be introduced to the teachings of Jesus.
Malaysia – Pastor Raymond Koh: Suhakam’s Public Inquiry Resumes “The Human Rights Commission (Suhakam) has resumed its public inquiry into the alleged disappearance of Pastor Raymond Koh. The inquiry was initially halted on Jan 16 due to a court case linked to Koh's disappearance.” (Source: thesundaily.my) Pray: That Pr Raymond Koh may be
found and be reunited with his family. Let us remember his wife Susanna and children Jonathan,
