Former Telecom Minister ARaja, DMK MP Kanimozhi and17 others were today chargesheet-ed by the Enforcement Directoratein a special court in connectionwith a money laundering caserelating to the 2G spectrum allo-cation scam in which the party-

run Kalaignar TV was allegedlypaid Rs 200 crore by the promot-ers of Swan Telecom.

In its charge sheet, ED saidthat its investigation hasrevealed that the amount of Rs200 crore was paid to KalaignarTV by Shahid Usman Balwa andVinod Goenka, promoters of

Swan Telecom Pvt Ltd (STPL),using their group entityDynamix Realty throughKusegaon Fruits and VegetablesPvt Ltd (KFVPL) and CineyugFilms Pvt Ltd (CFPL) in the"garb of legitimate financialtransactions i.e. As loan/shareapplication money".(PTI)

Date: 25/04/2014In continuation of the Public Notice dated 20.03.2014, it is hereby

informed that the following 46 e-Forms required under the recently notifiedprovisions of the Companies Act, 2013 will be available for filing byStakeholders with effect from 28-04-2014, 8:00 AM onwards.Form Nos. INC-1, INC-2, INC-3, INC-4, INC-5, INC-6, INC-7, INC-18, INC-20,INC-21, INC-22, INC-23, INC-24, INC-27, INC-28, PAS-3, SH-7, SH-8, SH-11,CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-6, CHG-9, MGT-06, MGT-14, DIR-3, DIR-6, DIR-11,DIR-12, MR-1, MR-2, URC-1, FC-1, FC-2, FC-3, FC-4, GLN-1, GLN-2, GLN-3, ADJ, MSC-1, MSC-3 & MSC-4, RD-1, RD-2, CG-12. Moreover, 17 other forms will be available for filing by stakeholders as

attachment to General e-Forms GNL-2, CG-1 and RD-1. The stakehold-ers will fill the 17 Forms physically and get it duly signed/certified by theprofessionals wherever indicated in, as per the requirement of the rele-vant form and attach these with the prescribed General e-Form as perdetails given in paragraphs 3,4 and 5. The arrangement will continue tillthe 17 Forms are made available as e-Forms.

3. The following forms will have to be filed as attachment to General FormGNL-2:- Form Nos. PAS-2, PAS-4, SH-9, DPT-1, DPT-3, DPT-4, ADT-1,ADT-3, DIR-9, NDH-1 and NDH-3.

4. The following forms will have to be filed as attachment to General FormRD-1:-Form Nos. CHG-8, MGT-3, ADT-2, DIR-5, NDH-2

5. Form No, DIR-10 will have to be filed as attachment to General Form CG-1.6. Stakeholders can also file application for seeking extension of date of

AGM/Accounting period by filing Form GNL-1. Documents in respect ofcompanies under liquidation will also have to be filed along with GNL-2.Documents in respect of particulars of person(s).or Directors charged orspecified for the purpose of section'2(60) of the Companies Act, 2013 willbe allowed to file along with form GLN-3. Documents/ forms for filing peti-tions to Central Government will be allowed to file with form RD-2.

7. Following e-Forms pertaining to various provisions of Companies Act,1956 will continue to be available for filing.Form Nos. 66, 14LLP, 20B, 21A, 23AC & 23ACA, 23AC-XBRL &23ACA-XBRL, 23C, 23D, 35A, A-XBRL, FTE, l-XBRL, 5INV & refundform, Bank ACC & Investor Complaint form.
