carrier, where it is received as a forwarding order. The carrier can directly accept the order.

Response
A tendering request (RFQ) sent to a carrier by email or SMS. The carrier responds to the
email using a regular email client on a PC or a mobile device and sends it back to the
ordering party. The email is then converted into a tendering response (quotation).
