Robbery, Bomb Scares

• All equipment and tools are locked when not in use

• Employees have to carry cell phones at all times

• Contact the local authorities with exact location

• Explain to the customer what is going on (if on site)

Angry/threatening Customers

• Have them speak with on-site supervisor

• Fill out official customer complain paperwork

• Refer issue to owner/general manager
