The company looks for ISO 22000 which contains afull safety plan that applied in the factory whichaccording to the ISO 22000 requirement will

GUIDELINES
The situation of the fuel tank is far away from the electriccontrol system. There is a map, a check list for fireextinguisher.
The lighting system in the factory is set to be naturally in
day morning without using any type of electric lightbecause the ISO 22000 Standard will fix the type oflighting system in the food industries.
The ventilation system consists of 8 vans inside the
inventory of olive oil and final product and electrical aircondition in worker and employees rooms.
The factory roof is made by using a special designaccording to requirement of ISO22000 that decreasespollution

GUIDELINES
There are warning signs such as flammable materials, The
risk of skiing, non smoking, danger, high intensity sound,danger cause of the travelling of the forklift inside factory.
Uniform dress and an ear protector that protect workers.
Emergency exit in the layout of factory and it’s signed to
ensure the quick evacuation when a problem happened. There is a place where the worker can change their clothes
eat and smoke so the worker are protected when they havea break so they don't Walk between machines and in theworking places.

GUIDELINES
1. The packing procedure will take into confederation thestandard
for protect product from environmental circumstances.
2. The storing in suitable condition in inventory withsuitable
temperature cause of the good ventilation system andsuitable
humidity.
3. According to ISO22000 it is not allowed to use an oilautomobiles
inside the factory because its pollute the food so it’sallowed to use electrical forklift or manually.
4. The gates of the factory have a special type of plasticshelled that
prevents dust and impurities to enter inside factory.11

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS There is a dumpsite inside the factory so the waste is
collected there and get away outside the factory.
There is a sound protector that reduces the intensity ofsound generated by the air compressor in plastic battle
production line. There is a machine that destroy the defective plastic
bottles into small grains in order to be recycled intoperform again.
The use of electrical forklift will prevent the pollution ofenvironment because the electric is conceded as aclean source of energy.
The factory has a garden that gives the visitor goodimpression and beautiful site.

The factory has a good safety system because ofthe application of ISO 22000 standards, that dealwith every things inside the factory including thesafety system.
