My original research (from 2010-2011) when I was involved in transforming several companies into a SaaS model. It identifies several problems I experienced as I was tearing up my sales teams, eventually having to make adjustments combining old world sales and new world sales. This was the start of an entire new sales approach, nowadays refered to as social selling, online selling etcetera.
