*Have 7 block

*First principal of KTP is Dr. Nordin Kardi

*Using the names of the famous Malay warrior

*June 2006 - Launched a new building for Volunteers of Police (SUKSIS)

*No renovation to upgrade the facilities

*The cleaning service is not good

*The level of satisfaction of student for every place

*Some facilities need to be upgrade such as surau, pantry, etc.

*Collect the data of student opinion about the facilities at KTP

*Determine which facilities need to be upgrade

*Determine the students’ satisfaction about the facilities and comfort at KTP

*Interview and giving questionnaire

*Sample – 50 respondents (10 male and 40 female)

*Each block – about 10 respondents

*6 facilities

Most of respondents are 1st year students (52%)

About 64% (32/50) of respondents are satisfied with their hostel

Most of respondents are satisfied with their facilities and comfortless at their hostel

About 42% of respondents said that their toilet in a poor condition.

About 48% of respondents are satisfied with their room at the hostel

About 50% of respondent are satisfied with their pantry condition

About 52% of respondents are satisfied with surau condition.

About 46% of respondents are satisfied with their activity room condition

About 48% of respondent are satisfied with their library condition.

Most of respondents are satisfied with their facilities at the KTP

100% of respondents are agreed that the KTP Library should open until night

About 54% of respondents are not satisfied with cleaning services at the KTP

About 76% of respondents said that the washing machines are not enough in KTP

The toilet is the highest percentage that the management of KTP should be upgraded this facilities.

*Renovate the toilet at KTP block

*Improve the pantry condition

*Improve the condition, time operation, and book collection at KTP library

*Improve the cleaning services

*Add more washing machine for every block

*A few student are not satisfied with the facilities

*Need to take the right action to solve this problem

*Need to upgrade some facilities
