• Click the EMPLOYEE button at the top right.

• Click on any of the menu items on the left which includes an overview of IDEs and the application process.
• Individuals can also access the on-line application (Personal Information form S-312) or log-in if they are already registered on the website.

• Once an administrator logs in, additional menu options will show on the left navigation.
• Clicking on the green menu buttons gives further yellow buttons to access other pages. For example, HR Reports can be found under the Human Resources section.

Type part of the name into the box and click NAME FILTER or select from the drop-down list of all Employees either from or serving in your division. You can also use the check boxes to do additional filtering (e.g. narrow down the list to show only current “CURR” employees).

IDE Web Application/Database• Select the IDE you wish to work with from the drop-down
list• There are tabs along the top of the yellow box for access to
different pages of information• The Summary tab gives most of the important information
on one page. The other tabs give further information in detail.

It is displayed on the Summary, Personal, and Term pages of the “IDE” section of the website (Under the Human Resource Section). All of the details can be found on the “Term” page.

IDE Web Application/Database• Click HR Reports from the navigation menu on the left and
select report you want to see from the drop-down list.• Individual IDEs can be chosen from the report criteria
options.• Any box with a heading in red can be used to limit the
scope of the report. Use Ctrl + click to choose more than one option.

IDE Web Application/Database• Reports are shown in a grid in a pop-up window. Use the
arrows to move between pages of the report. • Save the spreadsheet into Excel by choosing from the drop-
down box and clicking the floppy disk Save icon or by using the copy/paste icon. Print the report by clicking the Print icon.

• Tracking Reports showing for more than one Employee - Under the Human Resource Section (see left navigation), click the button for “HR_Reports” and select the “IDE Processing Report” from the Report drop-down list. Click the VIEW button to see the report.

Click printer icon to print a hard copy of the report. You
can also click the icon with the
magnifying glass to limit the search (e.g. Vote Date between January 1 and
December 31 2009) to customize the
report.

Statistical ReportsUnder the Human Resource Section (see left navigation), click the button for HR_Reports” and select the “IDE Processing Tracking Chart” from the report drop-down list.

IDE Web Application/DatabaseStatistical Reports – Spreadsheets & Charts
Click the chart icon and select the chart tab of the spreadsheet. You will need to answer some of the following Windows dialog box questions – Allow access to the clipboard, Run the chart.hta, OK to a blank warning, Close when chart data copied, OK to invalid references. Click the Chart1 tab on the Excel Workbook. You may now change headings, layout, etc. and save the chart to your documents.
