Ryaba chicken

It`s a story about Ryaba chicken, which lays

eggs.

The main characters are Grandma,

Grandpa, Ryaba chicken and Mouse.

Ryaba laid a golden egg.

Grandma and Grandpa wanted to break

this egg, but they couldn`t do that.

Then mouse came running and broke the

egg.

Grandma and Grandpa were crying.

Ryaba said:

«Don`t cry! I`ll lay а new egg!»

The moral of the tale is: Gold isn`t always better

than simple things!
