Udaipurities. In the main

celebration at the divisional headquar-

ter in Udaipur, the National Flag was hoist-

Commissioner Vikas S. Bhale at Gandhi

Ground. After the singing of National

Anthem, the Chief Guest inspected the

parade Police, NCC, Scout Guide, and

Police Band took part in the marchpast.

The message from the governor was read

out by ADM Admin. O. P. Bunker. The

huge gathering included Mayor G.S. Tak,

DIG Vinita Thakur, District Collector

Anandi, and ADM city Sanjai Kumar

Bishnoi. Also present were senior offi-

cers, social workers, students, and teach-

ers. Those honored by Divisional

Commissioner and District Collector

included freedom fighter Lalit Mohan

Sharma, martyr constable CRPF Ratan

Lal Meena wife Pushpa Meena, Lt.

Abhinav Nagori’s mother Sushila Nagori,

Lt. Freedom fighter Mohan Lal Tezwat’s

wife Shankar Devi, Lt. Freedom Fighter

Kanhiya Lal’s wife Chand Kunwar, and

relation of late freedom fighter Parmanand

Chhabria. Also honored were 85 persons

for their commendable services in vari-

ous fields.

Highly appreciated were the physi-

cal exercises and daring deeds presented

by Deaf and Dumb school students. So

also physical exercises on the patriotic

song by students of other schools. A

song-dance item depicting the rich diver-

sity in Indian culture by students of St.

Anthony School got a big applaud from

the audience.

The National Flag was hoisted by

Divisional Commissioner, District

Collector and Dy. Director, Public

Relations, Kamlesh Sharma in their

offices.

The tri-color flag was also hoisted by

Mukul Agrawal, Head Indirect Taxation,

Hindustan Zinc, Mayor G.S. Tak, MP Arjun

Lal Meena, VC MPUAT Prof. N.S.

Rathore, Dean Prof, B.R. Bamniya, J.P.

Agrawal, VC Pacific Medical College,

Avanti Lal Hadpawat, President,

Hadpawat Charitable Trust at different

places.Lake City Press Club celebrated

the festival in a big way at Ashoka Palace

were eminent journalists like Subhash

Shamra, Vishal Agarwal, Girish Sharma,

Chandan Singh Dewara, Pavan Khabya,

Shankar Sargora, Kamlesh Jadola, and

Jai Shri Nagda were honored Tara Chand

Gawaria and Madhuri Kalal were given

special awards. Our 3500 Indian and for-

eign tourists visited Pratap Gourav Kendra

to witness and listen to the valor of Rana

Pratap. They had the “darshan” of vari-

ous gods, the goddess in Bhaktidham.

The Colors of India theme was

issues: mainly acid attacks,

Nari Shakti, the heroic saga

of Rani Veerangana of Jhansi,

the lively dance, and drama

adaptation of the Uri attack and

remembrance of freedom

fighters. Performing dances

filled with patriotic songs were

performed, which enthralled

the audience. And at the same

time, the slogans of Vande

Mataram and Mother of India

Jai continued to excite during

the program.

71st Republic Day Celebration at GMCH R-Day @ ChiccemTherapy Center

Udaipur: 71st republic

day brought a wide smile

on the faces of people at

the Chiccem therapy cen-

ter in Sundarwas Udaipur.

It was the first week of

October 2019 when this

center became operational

and since then has been a

boon for the people of

Udaipur, especially the

locality of Sunderwas,

Pratap Nagar, Khempura

and glass factory.

The machines and mats

in the center help more than

300 people daily with their

specialized technology and

therapy. The staff here are

well trained and wear a

smile for the patients. From small ailments to sever problems,

the center provides relief to the people regularly.Inspired from

all mighty God Director Ravi Chaurasiya, who opened the

center feels blessed to have helped the needy ones. People

get benefited as their bodies get a touch of gentle heal and

the atmosphere brings them back every day.The republic day

was celebrated with great zeal

and fervor here. Participants

performed with all their hearts

and the special day became

Shrivastava, a regular visitor

performed a song in her sweet

voice. Her voice was soulful

and mesmerizing. Sheela

Verma was highly appreciat-

ed for her dressing sense as

Jhansi Ki Rani in the fancy

dress competition. Dances

were also performed. In total, 51 people participated in the

event. Manager Miss Khushi, delivered the vote of thanks.

Sweet distribution brought the celebration to an end on a hap-

pier note.

The 71st Republic Day was cel-

ebrated in all its solemnity and

grandeur at Seedling School on

26th Jan 2020. The day began with the

hoisting of the Indian flag by the Director

of the school Mr Hardeep Bakshi and

Principal Ms. Maken, followed by National

Anthem. The students saluted the

National flag and pledged themselves to

upholding the honor and integrity, diver-

sity and uniqueness that is “India”.

The Republic Day assembly was pre-

pared by Class VIII students under the

guidance of Ms.Richa, Ms.Dimple and

Dr.Shameem.

The choir presented ‘Preamble of the

constitution’ in the form of song and the

song reverberated in the surrounding. It

was followed by the beautiful dance per-

formance and an enactment. The

Cambridge students of Seedling – The

World School performed Zumba along

with a patriotic dance. They also nar-

rated an English Poem on this occasion

emphasizing the advantage of living in

a Republican country.

The function was attended by the

Swedish students who paid a recipro-

cated visit to Seedling under the Student

Exchange Programme.

The students of the primary section

also gave wonderful performances on

this auspicious day.

Students through a series of activi-

ties took pride in glorifying and celebrating

the spirit of unity and brotherhood. The

patriotic fervor warmed up the cold win-

ter morning as the teachers and students

of Seedling School enthusiastically gath-

ered to celebrate the Republic Day.
