COMMITTEE NIGHT
MONTHLY MEETING AND REPORTS
President Elect Ben Andrew advised that he is looking for nominations for
office bearers for the Club for the Rotary year 2015-2016.
A warning: the Sergeant-at-arms will be Big Blaine Little.
Ben is considering a change to the Club structure that would see the
Membership and Public Relations Committees managed by a single director.
Combining secretarial resources and employing a salaried secretary between
all three Rotary Clubs in Bunbury is being considered. Preliminary indications
are that it would require 10 hours of work per week.
A club questionnaire will be sent through SurveyMonkey to all members. Pleas
send any questions you feel are worth including to Ben.
The Christmas Party will be held at BREC on 17th December 2014.
Entertainment for the evening will be provided “in house”.
ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE
John Gray thanked Anita de Wet on behalf of all members for her attendance
at a Foundation training seminar in Perth. Attendance by at least one member
of the Club was mandatory in order to retain accreditation of the Club for
Foundation grants.
John suggested the Club consider becoming a Centurion Club, more
information will be given next week.
The Madagascar project with Australian Doctors for Africa awaits response
from partners overseas, before further progress can be made.

Remember our focus on new membership: Youth,
Women and Business leaders.
Rod’s ideas fit well with RI—see picture.
