The Noise is controlled by providing Acousticlining on walls & ceiling, all ordinary doors /shutters are to be converted in to sound proof doorsin DG Rooms Acoustic Treatment .

The proper Air ventilation system is designed to allow the maximum aspiration and cooling airflow required so the engine does not overheat. Axial flow fan of required size & number provided for proper Air ventilation. Acoustic Attenuator & Insulated ducts are provided to suppress the noise where required.

Our Industrial Acoustic Enclosures... in brief

Our acoustic enclosures are designed in modular panel form for all types of industrial machinery and processes, incorporating inspection panels, windows and doors as required for easy access and periodic maintenance. Our panels offer excellent acoustic and fire rated properties providing a practical and cost effective noise control solution. Manufactured to any size or configuration the simple clip joint design also enables the enclosure to be dissembled and re installed upon relocation as and when required.

Turbine Enclosures

The Turbine acoustic enclosure comprises of collapsible type Acoustic Wall and Roof Panels assembled on bolted structure. The enclosure will be provided with soundproof doors and glass windows in adequate numbers. To take away the heat built up inside the enclosure, forced ventilation package with ventilation exhaust blower, ventilation intake silencer and ventilation exhaust silencer will be provided. The openings that are required for piping, cables etc., will be acoustically sealed. Provisions for electrical and fire fighting system shall also be mad compressors, and Co-Gen modules.

Acoustic Enclosure for Air Blower

Our enclosures are available in galvanized or painted steel or aluminum construction. They are built for strength, easy access, and weather resistance. Since mass and rigidity are required for sound attenuation.Our enclosures are designed with ease of normal service in mind.Access doors at both the front and rear of the enclosure are flush mounted and sealed for weather resistance. These hinged doors have convenient 1/2 turn compression fasteners for a sound tight seal. Oil inspection ports are spring hinged and located for easy viewing of blower sight glasses when blowers are so equipped. Oil and drain extensions are provided for easy oil changes without having to enter the blower.

Our enclosures feature an optional fan to provide cooling for the blower and motor.At the opposite end of the enclosure, a shroud allows cool air to be drawn in. This system is available on high temperature applications.

Acoustical Blanket Enclosures....We specialized in Acoustic Enclosure for D.G. Sets, but also manufacture Enclosure for below mentioned equipments: We can design , fire retardant and install both temporary and permanent noise control solutions using our custom fabricated acoustical barrier/absorber sound panels and Sound proof curtains . The sound panels can be utilized for temporary and permanent sound walls.

Equipment noise barriers, tent wall sound barriers, stage sound panels and acoustical demising walls. The Acoustic Blankets Enclosures can be provided on a rental or purchase basis and are available with or without a support structure. Customized sound control Acoustic Blankets Enclosures are available in a choice of colors, sizes and acoustical performance ratings to meet any application.

All our Acoustic Blankets Enclosures are laboratory tested and field proven to both absorb and block unwanted sound transmission.
