steamed, or sautéed, and served in chunks or pureed for a soup or pasta filling

Step #1
Gather the following items:
• Pre-Diced Butternut Squash
• Olive Oil
• Kosher Salt
• Black Pepper
• Sheet Pans and Parchment Paper
Step #2
Sanitize your work area.
Gather your ingredients and supplies.
Step #3In a large bowl or steam table pan combine the following ingredients:
10# bag of pre-diced butternut squash
½ cup olive oil 2 tsp Kosher salt 1 tsp ground black pepper
Step #4Place the squash on a sheet pan
lined with parchment paper.
Place sheets pans in a 350 degree oven. Roast for approximately 20 minutes.
