Bungee Cords/Length of Elastic

Bean Bag/Rice Bag

Tie bungee cord to closed/sealed bean bag and tie

other end to wrist. Half of the players will need

HOW GAME IS PLAYED

1 vs. 1 player, up to 5 vs. 5 players

Area with defined boundaries

Defensive players try to run from one end of the

area to the other and not get hit by a bean bag.

Offensive players try to hit the running players with

their bean bags as many times as possible. The

retraction mechanism should give them many

opportunities.

HOW THE GAME IS SCORED

The defensive player/team gets one point every

time they hit a player with a bean bag.

The offensive player/team deducts a point from the

score every time they run a length of the play area

without getting hit.

After a 3 minute period, the teams switch

offense/defense positions.

After 12 minutes of playing time, the team with the

highest score wins.
