Payroll Preparation and Reporting

For Site Leaders, Directors and Coordinators

Paydays

Paydays are monthly because payment from Districts `depends on SIGNED record of attendance sheets submitted monthly.

Any pay disputes must be submitted by email to: Diana Stewart- dinist@aol.com.

Anticipated absences should be reported to the Site Leader well in advance.

Preparing Payrolls Attendance will be taken in Excel

spreadsheets- one for each teacher, on a weekly/daily basis.

Teachers will complete the attendance sheets and give to the Site Leader.

The Site Leader will input attendance on the spreadsheet and email it to our office every week.

• Select student number from the drop-down each day he/she is in attendance.

Records of Attendance returned to Site Leaders for distribution to

teachers to secure parent

signatures.

Parent must sign one of these documents EVERY MONTH.

NO SIGNATURE- NO PAY !!!

PAYCHECK DELIVERYCHECKS WILL BE DELIVERED BY U.S. MAIL.

THEY WILL BE PUT IN THE MAIL ACCORDING TO THE PAYROLL CALENDAR OR WHEN ALL SIGNED ATTENDANCE SHEETS ARE RECEIVED.

WE DO NOT DELIVER THE MAIL. DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL UNTIL SUFFICIENT TIME HAS PASSED, IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR CHECK.

WE WILL PAY FOR “STOP PAYMENTS” ONLY IF IT IS OUR FAULT.

ANY INCORRECT CHECK MUST BE RETURNED TO US BEFORE A NEW ONE IS CUT.
