Our Staff Development Day is an introduction to the Resilience Doughnut for professionals wanting to use the model with adults.

What is the purpose of this training?

The training equips delegates with a greater understanding of resilience and how they can use this strengths-based approach to build a more resilient workplace.

It is an opportunity for delegates to learn about the Resilience Doughnut model, so they can start to use it as a resource with themselves and their colleagues in small groups and 1-to-1 within their organisation.

This day works perfectly as a stand-alone training and is great if your organisation would like to explore this approach to whole-organisation resilience and wellbeing. If your organisation already has, or is planning to have, a member of staff complete our Level 1 Training, this is an ideal way to develop momentum and gain practical support from colleagues before implementing the model.

Who is it suitable for?

This training is suitable for team leaders, managers, HR managers and, in fact, anyone who wants to develop the resilience and wellbeing of their team.

What is the structure? Available as a full day, one half day or as two half days, all of which are tailored to meet your needs. Our full day is the most popular option as it explores some key aspects in more detail. It is usually delivered at your organisation but, if needed, we can provide an agreed venue at additional cost.
