Firstly, I tested it with a pack, I massaged itand warmed up myself next to the heating. It heated nicely and even got red a lot. Secondly, I applyed the gel on the belly, I massaged itand limbered it. I do not run or so, I exercised a serie of sitting/lying positions only and exercise right the belly. But it did not heat at alland even did not get red. Personally, I think you cannot gain anything without an exercising, but on the other hand it has to heat andthe skin should get red. But it happpens to me while warming with the heating only or „termofor“ (hot‐watter bottle). So now I do not
