Rescue Task Force Integration/MCI Training

• Initial and ongoing training with Spokane County Sheriff/other Law enforcement Agencies.

• Decreases time victims can be moved from Warm Zone to Cold Zone

• Law Enforcement and/or RTF will bring Victims from warm Zone to edge of Warm/Cold Zone called the Casualty Collection Point (CCP)

to enter warm zone• Causality Collection Point- secure location at edge of

warm/cold zone where RTF brings patients to.• Evacuation Team – Med. Personnel who take patients

from CCP to Triage area (do not enter warm zone)

• Rapid and Secure Evacuation from CCP to Triage/Transport Zone

• DO NOT move into the warm zone

Medical Group Supervisor• Directs activities in the Medical Group

• Ensure best possible medical care

• Designate Triage Team Leader

Triage Unit Leader• Reports to Medical Group Supervisor

• Triage Control Point

• Directs Secondary Triage• RPM START triage
