This is the first week we are doing the practical. On the first day of practical, Mrs. Salasiah (Human Resource Department) call all the interns to the conference room to give briefing about the details of company and the rules & policy of the company. Basically, what this company does is that they convert the Ad into online-Ad and publish it in the internet.. After that, Mrs. Salasiah introduce us to our Supervisor that is Pn. Azizah. I was assigned to Pn. Azizah (HR Manager) to do feasibility study for the company's proposed Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). For this assignment, I did several interviews with the HR Executives (Pn. Mona and En. Zakaria) to get better understanding of their requirements. I also had discussion with Ms. Monica (Senior IT Exec) in identifying the best solutions in developing the HRIS.
