R.E.M. Films
R.E.M. Films was established in January 2007 in Saratoga Springs, Utah. Founded by a
Deaf individual, Lance Pickett. Lance spent many years learning the industry and developing
creative skills in producing quality videos.
With today’s technology, anyone’s dream can be
projected on the screen at any budget. Lance started out as an
event videographer such as weddings. Over time his interest
and creativity evolved through various categories such as
corporation videos, commercials, and especially features. He
uses the latest technology to achieve the best quality for the
budget.
R.E.M. Films has produced popular series such as
DeafPod, Viral Signs, and Wanna Bet?. Also several award
winning short films such as The Blue Box, S.O.D.A. That!,
Deaf vs Mafia, The Deaf Cow, Deaf and Addicted, Business
as Usual, Where the Sky Ends, and many more.
It has been said: “If you’ve ever wondered where
dreams come from… just look around. This is where dreams
are made.” R.E.M. Films represents a place where Deaf
culture dreams are made.
