The Oromia Forested Landscape Program (OFLP) is prepared as part of the National REDD+ Readiness Process and in line with
the CRGE Vision. The design of OFLP was officially launched in May 2014. OFLP have been implementing a multi-stakeholders
consultation and local level capacity building as part of its design process so as to facilitate a two-way dialogue (top-down and
bottom-up) to enhance program relevance, ensure ownership and accountability, and build and improve relationships between
all stakeholders using the consultation and Participation Plan prepared as guide.

The Oromia Forested Landscape Program (OFLP) is prepared as part of the National REDD+ Readiness Process and in line with
the CRGE Vision. The design of OFLP was officially launched in May 2014. OFLP have been implementing a multi-stakeholders
consultation and local level capacity building as part of its design process so as to facilitate a two-way dialogue (top-down and
bottom-up) to enhance program relevance, ensure ownership and accountability, and build and improve relationships between
all stakeholders using the consultation and Participation Plan prepared as guide.

4. The Objective
The objective of training of trainers(TOT) is to familiarize key stakeholders with the Oromia Forested Landscape REDD+ program
and further equipping them with the knowledge of CRGE strategy of Ethiopia, REDD+ basics so that they acquire the capacity to
scale up to the wider bottom structure.
