5. EXHIBIT SCOPE OF WORK

• Exhibit related thematic installations (refereed as ERTI here after), partitions, environment inside the exhibit

gallery are included in the exhibit cost.

• ERTI area to be referred as per the given layouts.

• Videos/Multimedia/Interactive content, storyboard for the LCD displays and information boards to be

designed by the vendor (CMA) and approved by the Design Team (DTA) & the client.

• All Static print graphic design will be provided by the Vendor (CMA) and to be approved by Design Team

(DTA) & the Client for production & installation to the Vendor.

• Artwork for the signage to be provided by the vendor (CMA) basis the reference given and to be approved

by Design Team (DTA) & the Client. The template would then need to be adapted as per site requirements.

• The deployment & integration of all the multimedia content onsite as per the design specification including

testing and commissioning will be Vendors (CMA) Scope of Work.

• For films – scripting, film making, voiceover, audio, licensing, procurement, permissions will be vendors (CMA)

scope of work.

• All Audio, Subtitles, Content to be produced, edited or dubbed in to two languages, Gujarati & Hindi.

• Video programming/ stimulation/ gaming systems to be provided by the vendor (CMA).

• The exhibits along with the display stations (as per the sizes mentioned in boq) shall be provided by the

vendor (CMA).

• The size and weight of the ERTI can have a maximum variation of upto 20% with equivalent performance. The

vendor (CMA) may justify the reason for variation.

• All the experimental setup to be constructed by the vendor (CMA) following the scientific principles and the

ensuring the accuracy of the results.

• All the consumables for the exhibits like electrical fittings, batteries, chargers etc will be included in the vendor

(CMA) scope of maintenance for 5 yrs.

• Budget is inclusive of all taxes, transportation and installation charges.

• Any license required for the exhibits to be taken by the vendor (CMA).

• Required Shop Drawings to be submitted by Vendors (CMA). DTA will approve the shop drawings.

• Vendors (CMA) to abide to all the specifications defined in the exhibit BOQ.

• If there is any discrepancy due to in-complete description, ambiguity or omission in the drawings and other

documents relating to this Contract found by the Contractor (CMA) either before starting the work or during

execution or after completion, the same shall be immediately brought to the attention of the Design Team

(DTA) and DTA’S decision would be final and binding on the Contractor (CMA).

• All materials to be supplied by the Contractor (CMA) shall be new, best of their kind and shall confirm to the

latest Indian standards. All packed items shall arrive at site in original packing only. Any items found defective

or damaged shall be replaced by the Contractor (CMA) at his own expenses.

• It shall also be the responsibility of the Contractor (CMA) to submit without any extra charge the samples of

the materials/equipment as and when asked by the Design Team (DTA). If the Contractor wishes to use an

alternative make due to non-availability of the approved one, he should take the prior approval of the

Design Team (DTA). Under such situations the Contractor shall show such promptness as not to hamper the

progress of the work.

• The contractor (CMA) shall also submit catalogue, manufacturer’s drawings, equipment characteristics data,

performance charts as required by the Design Team (DTA).

• Vendor (CMA) to submit detailed timeline for complete exhibit works with key milestones at the onset of the

project.

• The profile & the credential of the Specialized Exhibit Production Vendors should be shared as a part of the

tender submission by (CMA).
