Able to execute appropriate patient placement for care depending on their current level of acuity need.

• Educated, trained and practiced with the local community departments on mass causality and decontaminations . familiar with local and state law enforcement procedure for care of incarcerated, mental health or at risk populations. Practice according to standards established by CMS, along with EMTALA, and the safety guidelines of JACHO.

• Charge Nurse Experience, that includes effective, continuous assessing of patient acuity and flow of patients in and out of the Emergency Room. Coordinates staff and scheduling. Corresponds with hospital departments and available community resources for the treatment and needs of the patient and hospital. Monitor, record and report vital information to appropriate personnel and departments according to hospital policies and procedures.

Proficient in EMR, and paper/ written documentation, Microsoft Office, computerized patient monitoring and flow, staff Scheduling, budgeting, P&L analysis along other managerial skills in the medical field and private industry.
