A MIRACLE & A SYSTEM
PASTOR E.A.
ADEBOYE
• Adeboye simultaneously defies and defines Weber's Theory of Institution Building. Institutions are usually built by those with Charisma and expanded by those who routinize the Charisma. Adeboye not only routinized Charisma but re-charismatized the routine.
• See Max Weber and S.N Eisenstadt, On Charisma and Institution Building (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 1968, 51)

• The spread of RCCGNA is uniform across the continent. It is not concentrated on a spot and it is probably the strongest demonstration of Apostolic, New Testament spread of the Church. As simple men moved from city to city, they euangelizo or gossiped the gospel and built the church. This is RCCGNA experience.
