RBSK USER MANUAL – DEIC LOGIN

Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram Application (RBSK) is aimed at screening over 27 crore

children in the age group of 0-18 years for 4 D’s-Defects at birth, Diseases, Deficiencies, and

Development Delays including Disabilities. Children diagnosed with illnesses receive follow up

including surgeries at tertiary level, free of cost under NRHM. Hence RBSK portal helps in

keeping an online record of all the activities of the RBSK program. RBSK have been developed

as reference about the selected health conditions and explaining screening by Look, Ask and

Perform especially for the Mobile Health Teams.

The Job aids consist of pictorials, guiding tools, reference charts, list of Equipment for Mobile

Health Team for Screening, Micro-planning .Register formats, Screening tool cum Referral

cards, will add value to the screening process and will help to standardize screening

methodology. The Job aids along with Participants’ manual will build capacity of RBSK Mobile

Health teams. The job aids are to be carried to the field by each member of the Mobile Health

Team and use it as handy reference.

DEIC Login

Enter valid credentials for DEIC login. Below page is displayed

a. Employee Register

To enter employee details in DEIC, select Employee Register and fill the details.

b. Print

To get the printed details of the referred student go to Print option and click submit

after filling the details

After “Submit” is clicked below page is displayed.

If we click “Details” of the above page an Assessment Form-Record Sheet is generated.

Back: To go the Print page select “Back”.

Print: To take the printout click on “Print”. Below screen will appear.

c. Referral

To view details of Referred students click on Referral. Below page will be displayed.

Click on “Details” to get students list details. Below page is displayed.

For individual student details select “Details”.

i. Preliminary Particulars

Students who have directly visited DEIC, their details are entered through

Preliminary Particulars page. Below is the page.

ii.Referral

The list of referred students is displayed.

To get details of individual students click on “Details”.

f. Change Password

To change the password select “Change Password”. Enter the new password and save.
