Printer SetupApril 18th, 2013

Press the start button to open the menu and select the "Devices and Printers" option.

Press the "Add a Printer Button"

Select the "Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer" option.

Click on "The printer that I wanted isn't listed".

Choose "Select a shared printer by name", enter "http://fbk-pharo-web.ua.ad.alaska.edu/printers/Lib-Pharos/.printer" into the

box and click the "Next" button.

Choose "HP" as the manufacturer, choose "HP LaserJet 2200 Series PCL 5" as the printer and click the "OK" button.

Click the "Next" Button.

Click the "Finish" button.

The wireless printer should now be installed. And you are now ready to wirelessly print from your Win 7 device.

Printer Setup

Open the start menu and select Printers and Faxes

In the Printer Tasks Bar click on “Add a Printer”

Then click next and then choose the radio button for “A Network Printer”

Click on the bottom choice and in the box next to URL add inhttp://fbk-pharo-web.ua.ad.alaska.edu/printers/Lib-Pharos/.printer

In the left hand box select HP in the right hand box select HP Laserjet 2200 Series PCL and click OK.

Then answer if you want this to be your default printer and then click finish. And you are now ready to print from your XP device.
