Nearly three out of four (74%) of Americans personally know someone who is or has been a

victim of domestic violence.

•  One in four women (25%) has experienced domestic violence in her lifetime.

•  Since I was a girl Domestic Violence was present in my house with many others situations as drugs, alcohol & SA. When I was 25yrs my dream was a great family, with children and off course have good times and celebrate all occasions. Unfortunately that was just "Dreams", the reality was another DV cycle.

•  My determined character was one clue on this life puzzle, I have started with my life again and go back to the thins I should do and people always admire on me.

•  Low Self-esteem •  Communication difficulties •  Confident difficulties •  Insecurity •  Change of humor •  Jealous •  DV history on family •  Suicide intentions

•  Be strong, find it on your kids eyes, on the draw you start to don’t think about what happened before

think about what where your dreams before the DV cycle starts

Talk with my friends of my

experience was very helpful. I found out they were more than

friends, they were my family and protectors.

•  Supporting Point Three: Women you are the "Owner" of your entire life.

•  When I start my “New life” I feel the owner of the world, I feel that no one can stop me.

Start with a week doing things that you love

•  Don’t be afraid to talk about DV with strangers and don’t be afraid to start again

•  Make your hobby, your therapy

STOP!! STOP a DV cycle increase your self-esteem.

1) safe your life and your love ones; This help to fight against DV.

2) Go back to college if you haven't finish your career; Or start a new one.

3) Believe in yourself you’ll be surprise the things you can do.

Do it with your heart

•. Women have the arms to fight and take back their lives. Balloons, Birthday planning and decorations, Scrapbook, photography, drawing are some crafts that could help.

In my case a mix of Balloons, Scrapbook and Party Planning, help me say today I SURVIVE to Domestic Violence!
