Introducing the Question Words Poster Ask your students what words commonly beginquestions. Afterward, point to the Question WordsPoster and read each word with the class. Together,develop one or more questions for each word on thePoster. Explain to students that they can use thisPoster when they are writing or asking questions.

Introducing the Exclamation Words PosterReview with students what words begin exclamationsentences. Read the words on the Poster with theclass.
