Problem definitionRegistration->

Forms are unnecessary long and only available offline. Admit cards are not available offline, so if it is not delivered at time

by post, it becomes difficult for students.

Examination->

Sometimes call letter does not reach students at proper time, so it becomes difficult for those students to prepare to get to college for counselling.

Counselling->

Large no. of students are called in each time slot which results in time mismanagement.

Solution to problems defined1. Forms should be kept shorter and should also be provided online.2. Admit card should also be distributed online.3. Call letters should be sent to students who have passed

examination at least 15 days prior to the date of counselling.4. Limited no. of students should be called in each time slot.
