The objective of this project is to eliminate paper documentation and exchange it for a system on-line in order that all operators have all the necessary information on preparation, control and incidences or problems by zones, regardless of turn or if the person was on vacation or sick.In an earlier project was realized a program that used a database to create and manage all control sheets, work instructions, tools, etc. ..When there are few users to have one copy on paper for everyone shared enough, but when there are many users and many departments things get complicated. There is now only carry out the project with what we would get the following improvements:

- Documentation always up to date, you avoid having documents with different versions. - Save time, in the distribution and searching. - Reducing the time of preparing the documentation. - Update feature in all areas and departments. - Improved communication.

10 screens have been installed in the area of verification. Advantages:

Each verifier has a screen that can query without moving, for each process (marking, cutting and verification). Also, to enter SPC data and scrap for quality Statistical.

In addition, the system activates a pop-up window, which inform about customer claims and internally notices. These notices have an expiration but each operator can see the history of each piece by process. The whole system is very visual and accompanying photos to understand easily.
