Building one Priva

Campus completed in 2007

• This building reflects our knowledge and expertise in the field of climate control and control technology

• This office complex is a showcase for our ability to create a comfortable, healthy and productive working environment, without using a single cubic meter of natural gas

• Atrium as a central meeting space• Knowledge and experience in both segments increase

eachother• Training of groups upto 40 people

Campus for knowledge exchange

Auditorium for education

• Priva CO2 emissions decreased by 60%• No gas consumption• Underground energy storage with warm and cold wells• Chilled ceilings instead of energy-guzzling airco-systems

• Sustainable, natural materials• Bamboo floors• Moss and sedum have been planted on the roof: cool in the

summer, insulation in the winter

Sustainable means CO2 neutral

Natural climate in Atrium

• Multifunctional, thanks to subdivision into segments• Separately heat and light regulation of all 513 segments • Chilled ceilings controlled by 480 Priva Top Control Comforte CX

controllers and 1920 motorised valves

• HF lighting system that adjusts to the level of natural light and can detect whether people are present in an office

• Climate control is disabled by window signaling when opening windows
